Founded in 1960 by Dr. Mario C. Covino, Everett Dental Associates has been a cornerstone of the Everett community for over 6 decades. Our practice combines advanced dental technology with a deep commitment to your health and well-being.

Elizabeth Covino, DDS

Dr. Elizabeth Covino blends a rich background in Biology and Environmental Science from Clark University with advanced dental training from Loyola University, where she received her DDS in 1986.

Joining her father at Everett Dental Associates shortly after graduation, Dr. Covino is dedicated to continuing the family legacy of first-class dental care. She is an active member of the American and Massachusetts Dental Societies and cultivates her connection to nature through gardening. Dr. Covino’s patients appreciate her holistic approach to dental care, which prioritizes overall wellness along with beautiful smiles.

Aldric Serrano, DDS

With a foundational degree in Biology from the University of Illinois, Dr. Aldric Serrano pursued his passion for dentistry at Loyola University’s School of Dentistry, where he earned his DDS in 1986. Post-graduation, Dr. Serrano honed his skills across the Greater Boston Area, joining Everett Dental Associates in 1998.

An esteemed member of both the American and Massachusetts Dental Societies, Dr. Serrano brings a meticulous eye and a gentle hand to every procedure. When not at the office, he channels his creativity into music, enjoying time with his guitar and family on the basketball court.

Paul Serrano, DMD

Dr. Paul Serrano combines his passion for dentistry and community service with a rich educational background. After earning a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University, he worked at Boston Children’s Hospital before completing his D.M.D. at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. At Tufts, he led community outreach programs and instructed in dental courses.

Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, live music, and exploring New England. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
