Dr. Covino and the team have always been incredibly accommodating and wonderful to work with! I know that I can always trust their judgment and Dr. Covino is very precise and meticulous in her work, as well as kind and caring. I always highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Everett Dental for 20+ years. I have moved quite a distance and would not even think of finding a new dentist. Everything they do, they do with care and skill. I can’t thank Dr. Covino enough for taking such good care of me.
— Wendy S.
Been going there for years now. Always courteous and professional service. You can tell the doctors and hygienists take pride in their work and they do a fantastic job. The receptionists know what they are doing too. Would recommend to anyone.

The personal service and quality of work is unlike any dentist practice I have been to. The care they take to do the little things is matched by how they handle the big things. Thank you!
— Mike S.
The best. I have been a patient of Everett Dental Associates for 30 years. Dr. Covino, Dr. Serrano and staff are good people — kind and friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Always a pleasant experience. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Questions?
We’ve got answers
What are dental implants and how do they work?
Dental implants are artificial tooth roots, usually made from titanium, surgically placed into your jawbone. Over time, they fuse with your bone in a process called osseointegration. Once they’re firmly integrated, a custom-made crown that looks like a natural tooth is attached to the implant. This provides a stable and durable solution that can last a lifetime with proper care, restoring both the appearance and function of missing teeth.
Who is a good candidate for dental implants?
Most adults in good general health and with sufficient jawbone to support an implant can be candidates for dental implants. Ideal candidates don’t have conditions that impair bone healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes or certain autoimmune diseases. During your initial consultation, we’ll assess your oral health, review your medical history, and discuss any factors that could affect your suitability for implants.
Can I get my dental implants on the same day?
Yes, same-day implants are possible for some patients. This option allows you to leave our office with a temporary, fully functional tooth in place on the same day the implant is inserted. It’s a great solution for patients looking for immediate results. However, whether you are eligible for same-day implants depends on your dental condition.
What happens if a dental implant gets damaged?
While dental implants are a long-term solution, they can sometimes become damaged due to trauma, infection, or improper care. If your implant becomes damaged, contact us immediately. Depending on the issue, solutions can range from replacing the crown, repairing the implant itself, or in some cases, removing and replacing the implant. We provide comprehensive care to ensure your implant is restored to its optimal condition.
How do I maintain my dental implants after the procedure?
Maintaining dental implants is similar to caring for your natural teeth. Regular brushing and flossing, along with routine dental check-ups, are basic to ensure the health of your implants.
